I cannot believe it but it seems like those thinking of selling their home are in the Holiday Rush! I have had several calls about those wanting to list their home and they are not thinking "After the Holiday". they are moving right along and going ahead and getting their homes on now. This is a great idea, because when most people are thinking about taking their homes off the market, they will go on with less competition and their showings will be from serious buyers! We are listing three homes next week (watch for pictures) and we received a contract on one of our listings today, we wrote two contracts on listings this week, so Don't let the holidays slow you down.
